ProBiora Health Returns / Refund Policy

Consumer

  • A) Product Complaint – If there is a reaction/illness of any kind, before the product expiration date. Refund will be processed within 10 business days after product is received by PBH. Adverse Reaction or damaged product, PBH pays shipping.
  • B) General Complaint – 30 day money back guarantee, less shipping and handling; applies once per household per product. Refund will be processed within 10 business days after product is received by PBH. Adverse Reaction or damaged product, PBH pays shipping. General complaint, consumer pays.

Distributor/Dealer/Retail

  • A) Reseller shall have ten (10) days from the date of arrival of the shipment of the Products to the shipping location designated by Reseller to inspect the Products and notify PBH of any damage to Products’ packaging. Reseller shall notify PBH promptly, but no later than two (2) days after its inspection, of damaged packaging.
  • B) Reseller shall notify PBH promptly, but no later than two (2) days after receiving a customer complaint, of any written customer complaints regarding Products sold by Reseller. Reseller’s notification of customer complaint should contain a detailed description of the customer’s complaint regarding the Product and the specific Product with identifying mark as to specific bottle or batch (if available).

Professional Office

  • A) Direct to Consumer only: 30 day money back guarantee, less shipping and handling; applies once per household per product. Refund will be processed within 10 business days after product is received by PBH. Adverse Reaction or damaged product, PBH pays shipping. General complaint, consumer pays.
  • B) Office: No Product will be accepted for return unless packaging is damaged in shipment. Reseller must notify PBH in writing, including photo documentation and product must be returned within 30 days of shipment for exchange of like product. All shipping to be paid by Reseller.
  • C) Any consumer complaint to a professional office must be reported immediately in writing with requested information provided. Reseller agrees to return product at PBH expense, if requested. Refund will be processed within 10 business days of documentation accepted or product received, if requested. Adverse Reaction or damaged product, PBH pays shipping. General complaint, consumer pays.
